This denim is woven slowly over time on a shuttle loom, using rope-dyed short-fiber nep yarn for the warp and high-quality Suvin cotton for the weft.
By intentionally using short fibers for the warp, it creates a fuzzy and plump vintage feel, while the use of beautiful long fibers for the weft results in an elegant fullness and soft texture.
