Its quite easy to fill as it has a zip enclosure on the back and where required. It is recommended to be filled (ideally) with shredded cloth, but that's not the only way to fill it. You can use any spare clothes available to fill the dummy, T-Shirts, pieces of foam and sheets can also be used (Note: Avoid sharp pointy object). This soft filler will help you bring these dummy to shape. This will obviously give these dummies some weight but to bring these dummies to ideal weight you will have to add sand (filled in plastic bag) according to the requirement.
